From chronic illness to my best health
I’ve been there too. For most of my life, actually. Living with symptoms no one could explain — fatigue, pain, skin issues, constant inflammation, bloating, infections. Endometriosis that made life feel impossible. Extreme period pain. No ovulation. A sluggish thyroid. I was tired, depressed, disconnected. My body was holding water and my skin was covered in rashes.

My story, and my work, shows how nourishment, natural living, and addressing the deeper emotional roots can restore health even when nothing else seems to work.
This changed everything for me
With ezema, rashes, chronic flares and 17 kilos of excess water in my body, I was told there was no solution other than accepting it as my new reality. I remember being desperate for answers — but all I got were doctors and other healthcare professionals shrugging their shoulders, telling me there was nothing they could do. No one understood what was happening to me. I was so close to giving up. No one could relate. No one had a way out.
