You can always request insight into what information I store about you, and you can also request to have it deleted.

What kind of information do I collect and process?

When you sign up through a form, purchase a product or service, use the chat function, or visit my website, I may ask you to provide certain information. Depending on the situation, this may include:

- Payment history, amount charged, debit/credit card info, and other transaction details

- Additional information through submitted forms or questions

I rely on legitimate consent based on Section 6f of the Norwegian Personal Data Act. To use the services on my website, I need basic personal information like your first name and email address. If you don’t want to share this, I unfortunately can’t provide access to the service or material.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do, I will delete all related information.

How your data is stored and for how long

I only store your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose. After that, it will be deleted.

Data is collected through opt-in forms and purchases. It is securely stored using systems like Kajabi, Stripe, and Zoom — all global, reputable platforms used for storing customer data and delivering online content.

Your email and name may also be uploaded to Facebook to target relevant ads — only if you’ve given active consent to be on my email list.

If we’ve had active dialogue, I’ll retain your data for up to 2 years after our last contact. “Active dialogue” means you’ve interacted with me through email, phone, downloads, or forms.

If you signed up to receive regular emails, I’ll keep your data until you unsubscribe. After that, I may store it for up to 2 years before deletion.

Email Lists

You may subscribe to different email lists on my website by entering your name and email to receive free resources like tips, inspiration, webinars, or offers. It will always be clearly stated what you’re signing up for, how often you’ll hear from me, and how to unsubscribe.

I use reputable email software, and you can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of my emails.

Products You Purchase

When you purchase a product from me, I ask for your name, email, and phone number. You’ll receive product-related information via email, and your email will serve as your username for logging into my Kajabi course portal.

Your payment information is not stored by me — it is handled securely through Stripe, a leading global payment provider.

Accessing or deleting your data

You can see and update your account info via the "My Account" page on Kajabi. There, you can manage your subscriptions, delete your card info, or close your account.

If you want to see what data I have about you, correct any inaccuracies, or request deletion, just email me at [your email address].

Who can access your data?

I do not sell or share your data with external third parties, except for trusted service providers like Kajabi, Stripe, or Zoom. These providers are required to follow all relevant data laws and handle your data responsibly.

If you participate in a joint event I run with a partner, I may share your name and email with that partner — and only if you actively registered for it.
